Obsession looking upwards.

When a photographer walks through Málaga with their head up 🌤🏫

Obsession /əbˈsɛʃn/ “a state in which someone thinks about someone or something constantly or frequently”

Wouldsay… One of many then, mind my passions haha.

Have you ever followed the lines of Malaga’s buildings and beyond? A whole new city opens up when you just look up!

I always laughed at my friend Nicole because every time I ran into her she would be lost looking up to the sky, searching for a bird, contemplating an old gigantic tree from Alameda Principal, or just flying in thoughts while observing the buildings surrounding her short walk through Malaga’s Historic Center on her way to work. She would do this every day, and every time she wouldn’t notice herself being floating in space (mind her, she’s a Libra sun! 😜) .

After many months, even years, looking at my phone pictures I noticed something… I as well was always looking upwards, especially on little precious Malaga’s alleys.

Not only was I observing what’s above our regular vision radio, but I’ve been capturing with my camera every blue sky, every daring cloud, every pointed corner of a building, photographing every flowered tree I bumped into during the day.

Here are just some, and they are not even good photographs.. But I wanted to make sure you are aware of this crazy phenomenon that occurs up there, Málaga it looks like another city, like another urban configuration.

Please, please next time you’re in Málaga town, make sure you just look up.. OH AND MIND THE PEOPLE! Sometimes it can get bumpy if you’re not careful 🤣

Thank you for passing by, and enjoy the views!

Agnès.
